Netbook or mini-laptop, did not initiate the operating system and the screen remained frozen in the identification of the manufacturer, as shown in the following image:
The steps we take to solve it are given below:
Step 1:
From other equipment we have available (Windows OS), download the file Internet allows restoring the OS on these machines. (netbook1001.rar)

On a 1GB SD memory copy all unzipped files.
Step 4: In our Prixton faulty equipment, connect the power transformer cable to charge the battery. Maintain the equipment connected to the mains as long as needed until light "LED" indicates that the process is complete.
Once satisfied that the battery has any charge, proceed to reinstall the system. With the battery charged and the equipment connected to the mains, we guarantee that there will be no interruption in the process of reinstalling the system.
Step 5: Netbook With the power off, insert the SD card with Android reinstalling files.
Boot the computer screen and we see the beginning of loading the files for the installation of the operating system:
Then starts the update files from the SD memory card to the hard drive of Netbook.
The process takes approximately 10 minutes. The display shows the red indication to remove the SD card from your computer ("PLEASE REMOVE INSTALLATION MEDIA").
Step 6: We removed the SD memory card and the machine starts its operating system Android icon:
